Join Rebecca Richmond for a weekend of yoga and self care here at The Malabar
6th-8th March 2020
The Yoga will take place in the main barn; all mats and props are provided. Rebecca teaches an alignment based yoga with slow, flowing aspects. All levels are welcome on this retreat, however complete beginners may find some areas challenging.
Food is at the heart of The Malabar and it starts as soon as you arrive! Afternoon tea is served in the dining room once you have settled in; the extensive loose tea menu is divine. All food over the weekend is Vegetarian and freshly prepared in the barn kitchen. Graham (the owner) is an amazing cook, not to forget Fiona (his wife) who also helps along side him preparing the delicious meals. Each day you will be served brunch after the first morning Yoga practice with snacks available in the afternoon. Saturday evening will be an amazing vegetarian Indian dinner. Please do not worry if you are coming to the retreat by yourself. You do not need to know the other students! Usually, it is a group of like minded people. All activities are optional and you choose to spend the weekend how best serves you. I am there to support you and hold the sacred space. I hope you will join.
